Early Life and Education

Born on 16.07.1969, Justice Kogje passed B.Sc. (Chemistry) in 1990 and LL.B. in 1993.

Professional Career

Joined the Bar and started legal practice in 1993. He was appointed as Assistant Government Pleader in 2001 and Additional Public Prosecutor in 2002, continuing in that role until 2007. He served as a Special Public Prosecutor for the Special Investigation Team in the Gujarat High Court on 07.06.2011, and also as a Special Counsel for the Special Task Force. Additionally, he was appointed as Standing Counsel for the Central Excise and Customs Department on 17.09.2008.
