2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he
has received no instruction from his client.
3. Accordingly, the W.P.(C) is dismissed on the ground
of no instruction. However, liberty is given to the
Petitioner to revive the Writ Petition by filing appropriate
application within a period of four (4) weeks, if any, cause
of action still subsists.
