Challenge in this appeal, filed under Section 374(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short, the Cr.P.C) is to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17.08.2022 ... passed by the learned Special Juvenile Court (FTC) Korba, District Korba, in Sessions Trial No. 1/2021,whereby the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, the IPC) and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for 10 years with fine of Rs. 100/-, and in default of payment of fine, to undergo further simple imprisonment for one month.
