As per case facts, the Plaintiff, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation, filed a suit against the Defendant, M/s Hanuman Industries, for recovery of damages, interest, and storage charges after the Defendant, ... as the highest bidder in a paddy auction, failed to complete payment, leading to re-auction and losses.
