Born on December 22, 1968, Justice Kumar graduated in Law from Allahabad University in 1992.
He was enrolled as an advocate on February 5, 1992, and practiced in Civil, Revenue, Service, and Constitutional law at the Allahabad High Court and the Supreme Court.
Justice Kumar was appointed as an Additional Judge on September 22, 2017, and took oath as a Permanent Judge on September 6, 2019. He currently serves as the Administrative Judge for the District of Gautam Buddha Nagar, with his tenure expected to continue until his retirement on December 21, 2030.
