A highly respected member of the Allahabad High Court, Justice Ashutosh Srivastava brings a wealth of experience in civil, revenue, and constitutional law. His career is marked by a commitment to excellence in drafting and advocacy, as well as a dedication to pro-bono work.

Justice Srivastava graduated in Commerce from Lucknow University and later earned his law degree from the University of Delhi. He was enrolled as an Advocate on October 31, 1993, and has since practiced extensively in the Original and Appellate Jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court. He is known for his prowess in drafting petitions, written submissions, and appeals.

Throughout his career, Justice Srivastava has specialized in Civil, Revenue, and Constitutional Law matters, with particular expertise in Education, Electricity, Property, and Service Matters. His proficiency has made him a sought-after advocate for various statutory bodies, including NHAI, where he served as Panel Advocate. He also served as Special Counsel for the Directorate of Medical Education U.P., Lucknow, and Government Medical Colleges of the State of U.P. Additionally, he has been Standing Counsel for numerous private companies and corporations.

Demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility, Justice Srivastava has actively taken up pro-bono cases throughout his career.Justice Srivastava took oath as an Additional Judge on October 13, 2021, and as a Permanent Judge on March 13, 2023.
