Born on May 15, 1958, in Udaipur, Rajasthan, Justice Maheshwari comes from a family with a strong legal tradition. He completed his B.Sc.(Hons.) in Physics from Maharaja’s College, Rajasthan University, Jaipur, in 1977 and LL.B. from Jodhpur University in 1980.
Legal Career
Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Rajasthan on March 8, 1981, he practiced in the Rajasthan High Court and its subordinate courts, focusing on Civil and Constitutional matters. He served as counsel for the Revenue and Excise Departments of the Government of Rajasthan, as well as various local bodies and corporations.
