Born on March 24, 1966, in Navsari, Justice Gopi graduated in Commerce from Sir K.P. College of Commerce, Surat, and obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in Law from Dinshaw Daboo Law College, Navsari. She started her practice at the District Court, Navsari, in January 1993, joining the chamber of Senior Advocate Shri K.P. Desai. For nearly thirteen years, she served as a part-time Lecturer at Dinshaw Daboo Law College, Navsari.
Justice Gopi joined the judiciary directly as a District Judge on November 24, 2008, presiding over civil and criminal matters. She served as a Special Judge for CBI and POTA Courts, handling significant cases. In 2014, she was deputed to the High Court of Gujarat as Registrar [Inspection].
