Justice Manmohan Singh, a notable figure in the Delhi High Court, dedicated many years of service to the Indian judicial system, particularly in intellectual property law.

Justice Manmohan Singh obtained his B.A. and L.L.B. degrees before enrolling as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi on August 12th, 1980. He began his practice in the Delhi High Court under Shri Anoop Singh, focusing on Trade Mark, Copyright, and Patent matters for approximately nine years. Following his senior's death in 1990, he independently handled Civil, Trade Mark, and Copyright cases in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

He has attended numerous national and international seminars, presenting papers on intellectual property law. Justice Singh was appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Delhi on April 11th, 2008, and retired on September 21st, 2016.
