A respected member of the Allahabad High Court, Justice Manoj Bajaj brings a wealth of experience from his extensive practice at the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
Born on June 23, 1966, in Karnal, Haryana, to Smt. Asha Bajaj and Sh. R.P. Bajaj, Justice Bajaj's father was a District & Sessions Judge. He obtained his B.A. & LL.B. degrees and was enrolled as an Advocate in March 1992.
Justice Bajaj practiced at the Punjab & Haryana High Court for over 25 years, handling a wide array of Civil, Criminal, and Constitutional matters. He also served as Additional Advocate General for the State of Punjab from July 2009 until his elevation to the Bench.
He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on October 29, 2018. He was then transferred to the Allahabad High Court and took oath as a Judge on July 24, 2023. His current term is expected to last until his retirement on June 22, 2028. He also serves as the Administrative Judge for the District of Sultanpur.
Justice Bajaj also has a keen interest in sports, including Badminton, Cricket, and Lawn Tennis.
