A distinguished figure in the Delhi legal community, Justice Manoj Jain, born on December 28, 1964, has built a career marked by academic excellence and dedicated service. He achieved top honors upon graduating from Maharshi Dayanand University in Rohtak, Haryana, and continued his academic success by earning his LL.B. from Panjab University, Chandigarh, in 1986, once again achieving the highest distinction.
Justice Jain joined the Delhi Judicial Service in 1992 and was promoted to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service in 2003, presiding over a diverse array of jurisdictions, including Civil, Criminal, and Family Law. Furthering his expertise, he is also a Fellow of the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
In addition to his judicial responsibilities, he served as the Director (Academics) at the Delhi Judicial Academy and as the Registrar General of the High Court of Delhi, showcasing his leadership and administrative skills.
