Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri, born in New Delhi in 1969, has a distinguished academic background and a robust legal career. He graduated in B.Sc Physics (Hons) from the University of Delhi in 1990 and post-graduated in M.Sc. (Physics) from the same university in 1992. He then pursued his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, graduating in 1995, and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in the same year.

Further enhancing his legal acumen, Justice Ohri completed a course in English and EC Commercial laws from the College of Law at York, UK, on a British Chevening scholarship.
