Hon'ble Mr. Justice Munnuri Laxman was born at Velchal Village, Ranga Reddy District to Late Shri M.Adivaiah and Late Smt. Rukkamma. Had primary school education upto 6th in Velchal Primary School, upper primary education in ZPHS, Kohir, Intermediate in SAP College, Vikarabad and Government Junior College, Tandoor, Degree (B.Sc.) from P.G.College of Science, Saifabad and LL.B. from Osmania University College, Hyderabad, and LL.M. from P.G. College of Osmania, Hyderabad. Enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1991 in the Bar Council of A.P., and actively practiced in Civil and Criminal and all other branches of Law and appeared before all the Courts in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts, including revenue authorities. Selected as District Judge in the year 2008. Worked as District Judge of Mahaboob Nagar, Nizamabad, and Hyderabad Districts, as Principal District Judge of Warangal and Khammam Districts, and as the Presiding Officer of Labour Court-I, Hyderabad. Elevated as Judge of High Court for the State of Telangana on 15.10.2021. Transferred to Rajasthan High Court and took oath on 01.11.2023.
