Born on June 30, 1973, Justice Shukla demonstrated exceptional academic prowess early on. She graduated from Allahabad University in 1994 and further pursued her legal education at Lucknow University, where she earned her law degree in 1997. Her dedication to legal studies culminated in a post-graduate degree in Law from Lucknow University in 1999, where she topped her class, setting a high standard for legal scholarship.

Justice Shukla began her career as an Advocate in 1999, practicing at both the Allahabad High Court and the Lucknow Bench. Her practice encompassed a broad spectrum of legal areas, including Criminal, Civil, and Constitutional matters. Her expertise and diligence quickly garnered recognition, leading to her appointment as a Brief Holder for the Civil Side before the Allahabad High Court in 2004.

She continued to expand her influence, serving as the Brief Holder for the Criminal Side before the High Court, Lucknow Bench. Her career trajectory continued upward as she was appointed Additional Government Advocate-II in 2007 and later as Additional Government Advocate-I in 2013, both before the Allahabad High Court at Lucknow Bench.

Justice Shukla's distinguished career reached a significant milestone on February 7, 2023, when she took oath as an Additional Judge. Her commitment and capabilities were further recognized when she was made a Permanent Judge on August 23, 2024.Justice Shukla currently sits at Allahabad, where she continues to contribute to the judiciary with her extensive knowledge and experience.
