Hon’ble Mr. Justice Partha Sarthy was born on 22nd October 1969. After graduating from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, New Delhi, he completed LL.B. from Patna Law College, Patna University, Patna and enrolled as an advocate on 19th July, 1995 in Patna High Court. Practiced in Civil, Criminal & Service matters. He was elevated as a Judge in Patna High Court on 17th April, 2019.
