Hon’ble Mr. Justice Pramod Kumar Srivastava

Justice Pramod Kumar Srivastava of the Allahabad High Court has a rich and diverse background in judicial service and legal administration. Graduating in law from Allahabad University in 1986, he joined the Uttar Pradesh Nayayik Seva in 1990. He served in various judicial roles, including Munsif Magistrate, Civil Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, and Additional District & Sessions Judge. Before his elevation to the High Court on August 7, 2025, Justice Srivastava served as Principal Secretary (Law) & Legal Remembrancer to the Government of U.P., where he played a key role in legal policy and infrastructure development.
