Justice Mishra graduated in Law in 1985 and completed his Post Graduation in Law in 1987. He joined the U.P. Judicial Service as a Munsif in 1990 and was promoted to the Higher Judicial Service in 2005. Before his elevation to the High Court, he served as District and Sessions Judge in various districts, including Baghpat and Aligarh, and also as Director of JTRI and District and Sessions Judge, Lucknow. He was appointed as an Additional Judge on August 15, 2022, and became a Permanent Judge on September 25, 2023. He is currently sitting at Lucknow.
