Born on 13th November, 1965 in Kalyan, Maharashtra, Justice Modak's educational foundation includes B.Com and LL.B degrees from Mumbai University in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Prior to his judicial appointment, he practiced law for eighteen years in various courts and tribunals across Thane District and the Bombay High Court, handling a wide array of cases including Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, and Revenue matters.
