Later, in 1993, he was conferred with an L.L.B Degree from Ranchi University, marking the formal beginning of his legal journey.

Professional Career

Enrolling as an advocate on December 14, 1993, Justice Dwivedi began his practice at Patna High Court, Ranchi Bench, and continued in the Jharkhand High Court from November 15, 2000, after its establishment. During his time as an advocate, he handled a variety of cases, including Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Service, and Arbitration matters.

He also served as a Standing Counsel for the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, Ranchi, and Nagar Panchayat, Gumla.
