Born on 15th June, 1969. • After obtaining B.Com. and LL.B. degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, he enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh w.e.f. 30th August, 1990. • He started his practice with his father Late Shri Sitaram Saraf, who was a distinguished Senior Advocate of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. • Thereafter he completed post-graduation in the year 1992. • Soon he was appointed as standing counsel by various non banking financial institutes and other renowned business houses of India. • He practiced in Civil, Criminal, Constitution, Commercial (corporate, arbitration, intellectual property disputes etc.), Company matters, Election Petitions, Corruption Matters etc. before High Court of Madhya Pradesh mainly at Indore Bench and Trial Courts. • He is a life member of High Court Bar Association, Indore as well as District Bar Association, Indore. • After completing practice of nearly 27 years he was designated as Senior Advocate on 13th May, 2017 by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. He represented various corporate and statutory entities as Senior Advocate including official liquidator. • He practiced for more than 33 years and thereafter was appointed as Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh and administered oath on 6th November, 2023.
