The instant appeal under clause 10 of the Letters Patent is directed against the order/judgment dated 29.01.2009 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 349 of 2009, whereby ... and where under, the writ petition has been dismissed declining to interfere with the direction sought for restoration of the electricity connection of the appellant/writ petitioner which was disconnected on 17.01.2009 as also the learned Single Judge has refused to interfere with the inspection report dated17.01.2009 by which the allegation of theft of electricity has been alleged against the writ petitioner.
