The complaint arises from the dishonour of a cheque inthe amount of Rs.2,67,84,000/-. In the two appeals which arose from the order ofthe High Court, the appellants are respectively, four Directors4 and the ManagingDirector5 of a company by the name of R.L. Steels & Energy Limited
