The instant Criminal Appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction dated 25.09.2014 and the order of sentence dated 29.09.2014passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Garhwa in S. ... T. Case No.354 of 2009/ Sessions Trial No.28 of 2014, whereby the learned trial Court has convicted the appellant under Sections 302 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment for life along with fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default of payment of fine, he was directed to undergo SI for three months for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The appellant was further sentenced to undergo RI for 10 years along with fine of Rs.5000/-, in default of payment of fine, he was directed to under go SI for two months for the offence under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.
