Early Life and Education

Born in Rourkela on November 12, 1964, to Late Smt. Padmini Dash and Late Sri Raghunath Dash, Justice Dash began his schooling in Rourkela and completed his graduation in Arts from Government College, Rourkela. He later graduated in Law from Lala Lajpat Ray Law College, Sambalpur.

Legal Career

Enrolling as a Lawyer in the Orissa State Bar Council in 1988, Justice Dash started his practice with the Rourkela Bar Association under his father-in-law, Late Sri Gobardhan Pujari, focusing on Labour & Service Law. He also drew inspiration from his mother-in-law, Late Sailabala Pujari, a literary figure and social activist. Throughout his career, he dealt with Labour, Service, and Civil Law, earning a reputation for sincerity and dedication.

Professional Achievements

Justice Dash became the empanelled lawyer for M/s Rourkela Steel Plant and represented various Public and Private Sector Undertakings. He was also a member of the Arbitration Society, conducting arbitrations across Orissa and Jharkhand. In 2003, he stood first in the High Court's selection examination for Adhoc Addl. Personal Life

He is married to Smt. Abhipsa Dash, an eminent writer and poet, and has two children: a daughter, Ms. Ananya, and a son, Master Hari Prasad Sabyasachi. His interests include listening to music and practicing meditation.
