Born on 17th February, 1968 in Gwalior. He obtained the degrees of B.Com., LL.B., M.A. and D.L.I.L. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. His Father Late Shri Ram Kishore Bansal remained associated with legal work since beginning. He had been working as Munsi-cum- Office Assistant with the learned Advocate Late Shri Babulal Ji Agarwal & Late Shri Brahmswaroop Agarwal. After their demise, he had joined the office of Shri Vinod Kumar Bharadwaj, Senior Advocate. Immediately after passing Higher Secondary, he completed typing course and started typing work in the office of Shri Babulal Ji and Brahmswaroop Ji Agarwal, Advocates and simultaneously completed his studies. His friend, Late Shri Deepak Chandna, Advocate, persuaded him to join BAR and the office of Shri K.K. Lahoti, former acting Chief Justice, M.P. High Court. He joined there immediately after his registration, on 28 th August 1993. He started practicing as a Lawyer before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior Bench and District and Sessions Courts since 1993. He has practiced in Civil, Revenue, Constitutional and Criminal matters. He has been Treasurer of the High Court Bar Association, Gwalior during the period of 2006-2008. He represented Municipal Corporation, Gwalior, Gwalior Dugdha Sangh, Banmore, Morena, MPMKVV Company Limited as a Panel Lawyer. Appointed as Government Advocate on 17 th January, 2021. He got full support and cooperation of Shri Ankur Modi, Shri M.P.S. Raghuvanshi & Shri Rohit Mishra, Additional Advocates General, Gwalior Bench. His Lordship was administered oath as a Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 15 th February, 2022.
