Justice Padia graduated in Law from the University of Allahabad in 1987 and was enrolled as an Advocate on February 2, 1989. He began his practice under the guidance of Dr. R.G. Padia at Allahabad High Court. His expertise spans Educational, Service, Constitutional, Civil, and Revenue matters.
He has served as Standing Counsel for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and other significant organizations. Justice Padia is also the Treasurer of the International Law Association, U.P. State Unit. He took oath as Additional Judge on November 22, 2018, and as Permanent Judge on November 20, 2020.
