Enrolling with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 23 July 1993, he initially practiced at Dhule before moving to Aurangabad. His legal practice spanned various matters of Revenue, Education, Trust, and Constitution, representing Municipal Corporations and Maharashtra Health University Nashik. Justice Brahme was appointed as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 15 June 2023.
