Justice Shukla enrolled as an Advocate on March 27th, 1987, with the State Bar Council of M.P., commencing his practice in December 1987 in Jabalpur under the mentorship of Senior Advocate Shri R.N. Singh, a former Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh. His practice spanned Constitutional, Service, Civil, and Criminal jurisdictions.
His dedication to public service is evident through his roles as Government Advocate from 1994 to 1998 and later as Deputy Advocate General from 2007 to 2009, showcasing his commitment to upholding the law and serving the state.
