The Special Court mandated that the case proceed in a regular Court under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act. The Division Bench annulled the Special Judge's order and reinstated Bail Applications for reconsideration by the Special Judge. In the Criminal Appeal, the Bail Application was mandated to be reinstated for merit-based evaluation in the Special Case.
