A respected member of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra brings a wealth of experience from his extensive practice in civil, constitutional, and service law.
Justice Mishra enrolled as an Advocate on May 08, 1993, and practiced mainly on the Civil, Constitutional, and Service side. He has been engaged as arguing counsel for many statutory bodies including NOIDA, Ghaziabad Dev. Authority, Allahabad Dev. Authority, IFFCO, IOC, and U.P. Power Corp. His expertise and reputation led to his engagement as senior counsel by the State Government in important matters.
Justice Mishra was designated as a Senior Advocate in 2013. He took oath as Additional Judge on Feb 03, 2014, and as a permanent Judge on Feb 01, 2016, at Allahabad. Later, he was transferred to the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh, where he joined on July 21, 2025, continuing his service to the judiciary.
