Justice C. Hari Shankar is a distinguished judge of the Delhi High Court, known for his expertise in indirect taxes and a broad range of legal areas. His career is marked by significant contributions as both an advocate and a judge.
Born in New Delhi on May 4, 1968, Justice Shankar completed his schooling at St. Columba’s School. He then earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from Kirori Mal College and an LL.B. from the Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in 1993.

Justice Shankar was designated Senior Advocate by the Delhi High Court on August 20, 2014. He was appointed as a permanent Judge of the Delhi High Court on May 15, 2017, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the bench.
