Justice Syed Qamar Hasan Rizvi is a prominent judge at the Allahabad High Court, recognized for his extensive legal career encompassing civil, constitutional, service, and revenue matters.

Justice Rizvi graduated in Law from the University of Lucknow and was enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in 1989.

He has appeared for the Union of India as Additional Central Government Standing Counsel before the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court and the Lucknow Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal. Justice Rizvi took oath as Additional Judge on February 7, 2023, and as Permanent Judge on August 23, 2024. He currently sits at Lucknow and also serves as Administrative Judge for the District of Hamirpur.
