A distinguished member of the Meghalaya judiciary, Justice Wanlura Diengdoh's career reflects a deep commitment to legal service since his enrollment as an Advocate in 1990-1991. His journey through various judicial roles has shaped him into a respected figure in the High Court of Meghalaya.
Justice Diengdoh began his judicial career as an Additional District and Sessions Judge, Shillong in August 2000. Prior to this, he practiced in the High Court and subordinate Courts of Meghalaya, gaining experience in diverse legal fields. His career includes significant administrative roles such as Registrar, Gauhati High Court, Shillong Bench in 2009, and as the first Registrar General of the High Court Of Meghalaya in 2013.
Further demonstrating his leadership and versatility, he served as the District and Sessions Judge, Williamnagar in 2014, and in Tura in 2015. He also contributed to legal services as Member Secretary, Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority in 2015, and as District and Sessions Judge, Shillong in July 2019. His dedication culminated in his elevation as Judge of the High Court Of Meghalaya on 15th November 2019.
