Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya

Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, born on 16th June 1965, has had a distinguished career in the Indian judiciary. He enrolled as an Advocate on 11th May 1991 and practiced mainly in Civil and Constitutional law at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow. He served as the Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. before being appointed as a Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on 21st November 2011.
