Justice Navin Chawla

Born in New Delhi on August 7, 1969, Justice Navin Chawla has established himself as a respected figure in the Delhi High Court. He completed his schooling at Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, before graduating from Delhi University with a B.Com (Hons.) degree in 1990. Continuing his academic pursuits, he obtained a law degree (LL.B) from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1993. Further demonstrating his commitment to legal excellence, he qualified as an Advocate-On-Record of the Supreme Court in 1999.

Justice Chawla's legal practice spanned across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. His expertise covered a wide range of fields, such as Constitutional Laws, Civil Suits, and Criminal Laws, with a specialization in Telecom and Broadcasting Laws and Arbitrations. His capabilities and reputation led to his appointment as the Standing Counsel for the Union of India in the Delhi High Court in 2001.
