Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vinod S. Bhardwaj

Born on May 23, 1974, in Village Kural, District Bhiwani, Justice Vinod S. Bhardwaj has carved a niche for himself in the legal landscape through dedication and excellence. He completed his schooling at Punjab Public School, Nabha, and graduated in Law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, after earning a B.Com from D.N.P.G. College, Hisar.

His academic journey was marked by participation and victories in debates and declamation events at the Inter University/State level, showcasing his eloquence and oratory skills. He won University Colour in English poetry and College Colour in debate, highlighting his diverse talents.

Justice Bhardwaj began his legal career as an associate with Chandigarh Chambers of Law before starting independent practice in 2001. He served as Additional Standing Counsel for the Union Territory, Chandigarh, from 2003 to 2009 and as Standing Counsel for the National Council for Teacher Education. His tenure as Additional Advocate General for Haryana (2010-2014) and Punjab (2014-2017) further enriched his experience.
