A respected member of the Delhi High Court, Justice Jasmeet Singh's legal career is characterized by a focus on civil law and a commitment to public service. Born on February 26, 1968, in Delhi, he attended St. Xavier’s School, New Delhi, and received his B.Com (Hons.) from Hindu College of Delhi University. He obtained his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, in 1992 and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi the same year.
Justice Singh practiced primarily on the Civil side in the Delhi High Court, subordinate Courts, and Tribunals, including the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Industrial Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and others. He was appointed as Standing Counsel for the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) in 2013 and as Central Government Standing Counsel in 2014.
Justice Jasmeet Singh was appointed as a Judge of the Delhi High Court on February 24, 2021, bringing his extensive experience and dedication to the bench.
