A respected member of the Delhi High Court, Justice Anil Kshetarpal brings a wealth of experience from his years of practice in Punjab and Haryana. Born in Kurukshetra on November 19, 1964, his legal journey began under the guidance of his father, Sh. S.P. Kshetarpal, an advocate.
After completing his LL.B. in 1987, Justice Kshetarpal enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and commenced his practice in Kurukshetra. In May 1988, he moved to the Punjab and Haryana High Court, working in the office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice V.K. Bali, Chief Justice (Retd.). He began independent practice in 1991, focusing on civil and constitutional law. Designated as a Senior Advocate in January 2014, he was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on July 10, 2017, and later became a Permanent Judge on December 3, 2018. He was transferred to the High Court of Delhi and assumed office on July 21, 2025.
